The Alimentaria Hub is an innovation space that Alimentaria sets up for the visitors where multiple innovation-related activities are offered: expositions, meetings, conferences, activities\u2026&nbsp; For this edition we colored each area differently. Each color was to emphasize an area and an activity. Each place could be easily reached by guidelines, which also recalled a hub.
